What to expect when you visit our club!

Purchasing Tickets:

We encourage you to purchase tickets in advance at StressFactory.com. Click the showtime you would like to attend to proceed to the shopping cart and checkout process. This is the best way to take advantage of any early-bird prices and/or redeem discounts via promo codes.

Totals are the same when purchasing tickets through the website, over the phone with a club employee or in person in the box office/door time. Promo codes can only be redeemed when you purchase the tickets yourself through the website.

Once your purchase is complete you will receive an email confirmation of the order with attached tickets. You can print the tickets if you’d like to but you don’t have to. When you arrive at the check in counter you can show your confirmation/tickets from your smartphone, OR show a valid ID at the door. Once you purchase tickets your name is added to our will-call list and we can check you in any of these ways.

Doors:

Doors open at 90 minutes warlier than show for the early show. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the late show. ALWAYS CHECK THE WEBSITE OF CALL FOR ANY CHANGES. Because our seating for General Admission ticketholders is first come-first serve, this window gives a good chance for you to arrive early, get a choice of seating, get comfortable, or to enjoy dinner prior to the show. We have our tv screens and music on prior to the show.

Doors open at 9:00PM for the 9:30PM show.

Showtime:

As a courtesy to all of our patrons and especially our performers, we ask that all guests are in their seat by 7:15pm (for a 7:30pm show). We thank you for your understanding.

Food & Beverage:

We have a full food/drink which we start serving as soon as our doors open. You can order prior to the show and during the show. Our food menu includes appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, some vegetarian options. We are very proud of our extensive dessert menu and encourage you to try it all!

We have a full bar in our club and the best bartenders!

General Admission Tickets:

-Each ticket has a two item minimum per person. Food, drink and merchandise all count as an item towards this requirement.

-Seating is first come-first serve with these tickets. The first person in your party to arrive should communicate to our host that you need a table for x amount of people and they will seat you at the best available table to suit the size of your party at the time that you arrive.

VIP Tickets:

-Purchasing a VIP ticket reserves you a seat in the VIP section directly in front of the stageor preferred seating in other areas. CHECK THE WEBSITE FOR DETAILS IN THE SHOW YOU ARE PURCHASING TICKETS. VIP ticketholders are given a wristband upon check-in. Each ticket has a two item minimum per person. Food, drink and merchandise all count as an item toward this requirement. *Please be aware that the contents of the VIP package are subject to change depending on individual shows.

Seating:

Everyone who has purchased a ticket to a show will be seated at a table. All of our seating is table seating, there is no standing room. Service//You will have great service from the best servers in CT! Your server can get you signed up for our VIP Loyalty Rewards program and help you acquire and redeem points. Please don’t hesitate to let your server know if you are celebrating anything so that they can help make your night out at our club as memorable as possible. You can also purchase merchandise from your server.

Payment Process in the Club:

Generally the show is just under two hours long. We do not put a check on your table until the show is over as to not disrupt anyone. Once the server takes your payment they will hand each person an exit ticket which you hand in at the exit doors upon leaving the club.

Merchandise:

We have for sale! T-shirts, mugs, pint glasses, lanyards, golf towels, tumblers, gift cards!

Parking: The City of Bridgeport has street parking. Please read the signs. There is also a paid lot around the corner on Markle. Parking is not free in this lot.

Hours:

Bridgeport box office hours are as follows. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Dress code:

Proper attire is required in our establishment. Our dress code is casual and neat. We cannot allow any backpacks or oversized bags into the showroom. Thank you for your understanding.

-From Trumbull Route 25 Waterbury 8S- Take exit 2 off Route 8, stay straight off the exit. Continue straight until you hit State Street. Take a left onto State street. Continue until you hit McLevy Green and you will see our club on your right. Find street parking anywhere OR take a right onto Markle Court to enter shared parking lot.

-From 95S- Take exit 27 off I95 and continue straight off exit. Continue straight until you hit State Street. Take a right onto State Street and continue until you hit McLevy Green and you will see our club on your right. Find street parking anywhere OR take a right onto Markle Court to enter shared parking lot.

-From 95N- take exit 27 Continue straight off exit and continue straight until you hit either Broad Street or Main Street. Take a left onto Broad Street or Main Street. Find street parking here or turn onto Cesar Batalla Way to enter shared parking lot.

Refunds: All ticket sales are final.

Service charge: Standard for any ticketing agent. We use Seat Engine. Charges vary from show to show.
